Our pick for the hard plate after people leave is the CleaniBot C5, if a docking station fits and the pass is 800 mm. Our pick for a corridor people still use, or for short pile under 5.5 mm, is the CleaniBot S55 Pro. Restrooms stay with staff. A mall, an airport and a noon queue are different buildings: mall, airport, high-traffic.
Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.
Split the floor before you split the catalogue. The lobby plate, the corridor, the carpeted office and the toilet do not share a machine or a clock.
| Zone | When | Robot | Rate you may cite | Falls short |

The C5 docking station charges, refills, drains and self-cleans. Tanks are 45 L / 45 L. That is the closed plate, not the lunch corridor. The S55 Pro at 70 kg is the machine you can still discuss while a few people use a 700 mm corridor. It does not become quiet because the building is an office. 65 dB scrub is the published scrub figure.
Phantas is the gallery: quiet mode ≤60 dB and a 650 mm pass. Do not send it onto the lobby plate in place of a docked C5, and do not cite 1,188 m²/h theoretical as the plan. Kärcher KIRA B 50 at 69 dB(A) and pass 900–1,000 mm is a closed mid-size plate, and the full dock is optional. Pudu CC1 Pro at 700–1,000 m²/h and 5 h scrub is the other 700 mm option. Its water dock is optional.
After close: C5 on the hard plate. Before open: S55 Pro on short pile, if the pile is under 5.5 mm. Shoulder: S55 Pro only where the pass is 700 mm and someone owns the wet floor. Never the Saturday crush, and never the toilet. The toilet is staff. A robot that cannot see a stall threshold does not get a method statement that says otherwise.
A 500,000 m² terminal is the large-space page. Avidbots Neo 2W at 75 dB(A) and a turn of about 3.05 m is that page. Pudu BG1 at about 344 kg and 2,000 m²/h covered is that page. LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro at 800–1,200 m²/h practical can be a small hard zone only if you accept that the pass is not published. Nilfisk Liberty SC50 is the named-certificate option, aisle turn 1,592 mm, not the 700 mm corridor. Brain Corp BrainOS does not turn the T16AMR into a lobby machine.
No price, no lease price and no payback. Zoning does not create a rate card.
A wet lobby is a slip risk (HSE slips). IEC 63327 and IEC 60335-2-72 cover the machine class. IEC 60529 is the IP code. The EU employer duty is the OSH Framework Directive. Keep the robot off an accessible route (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim.
One map per zone if the zones are on different floors. The C5 map name is city + customer + floor. The weekly check remains after the station self-cleans. Do not copy C5 consumable hours onto the zone that uses a Phantas.
Only if the lobby is actually empty and the noise ≤70 dB(A) is acceptable there. This page does not call noon a C5 hour.
The corridor people still use, and short pile under 5.5 mm. The dock only charges. Tanks are 22 L / 15 L. Runtime is 4.5 h scrub.
Pudu MT1 Vac, max 1,400 m²/h, dust bags 14 L, pass 75 cm. It is not a scrubber.
No. Quiet mode ≤60 dB and pass 650 mm describe the gallery. The plate is still the C5 if the dock fits.
No.
