Do not pick a commercial building robot from a shop price. Our pick, when the quote includes a docking station on a hard floor that passes 800 mm, is the CleaniBot C5. Ask for the price of the machine, the dock, the maps and the elevator module as separate lines. This page has no price, no lease price and no payback. A market-figures page publishes ranges. Those ranges are not a quote for your building, so they are not repeated here.
Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.
A single number cannot cover a 215 kg machine, a docking station and a map per floor. Split the quote before you compare it. The floor match is the comparison. The pass/fail checks are the checklist.
| Line the quote should price | Tie it to this published figure | Why the line moves the quote | What a shop listing is not | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5, hard plate | 550 mm path, 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical | The rate is theoretical, so the line is the machine, not a promised area | Not a euro card | 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A) |
| C5 docking station | 45 L / 45 L tanks, pass 800 mm | Refill, drain and sewage self-clean are the reason the tank is only 45 L | Not included because a photo shows a dock | Climb ≤2%, 215 kg |
| CleaniBot S55 Pro, corridor | 700 mm path, about 1,197 m²/h scrub | Charge-only dock, so water stays a labour line | Not the C5 price with a smaller body | 22 L / 15 L tanks, 4.5 h, 65 dB scrub |
| Gausium Phantas, gallery | pass 650 mm, 350–700 m²/h practical | Quiet mode ≤60 dB | Not a workstation. The specs page does not list one | 11.5 L / 10.5 L tanks, 4.5 h scrub |
| Maps | One per floor | City + customer + floor on the C5 | Not a free extra on a second building | Elevator module is a separate project |
| Consumables and the weekly check | C5 manual intervals only | The station self-cleans and the check remains | Not a Phantas interval pasted onto a C5 | Neutral or alkaline only |
| Model | Path | Rate, with the label | Tanks | Runtime | Noise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5 | 550 mm path, pass 800 mm | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical | 45 L / 45 L tanks | 3 h scrub | ≤70 dB(A) |
| CleaniBot S55 Pro | 520 mm path, pass 700 mm | about 1,197 m²/h scrub | 22 L / 15 L tanks | 4.5 h scrub | 65 dB scrub |
| Gausium Phantas | pass 650 mm path | 350–700 m²/h practical | 11.5 L / 10.5 L tanks | 4.5 h scrub | ≤60 dB |
| Pudu CC1 Pro | 500 mm path, pass 700 mm | 700–1,000 m²/h all-covered | 15 L / 15 L tanks | 5 h scrub | <70 dB |
| Kärcher KIRA B 50 | 550 mm path, pass 900 mm | 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous | 55 L / 55 L tanks | 3.5 h scrub | 69 dB(A) |
| Tennant T16AMR | 910 mm path, pass 1.45 m | 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual | 190 L / 225 L tanks | 4 h scrub | 71 dB(A) |
Ask the C5 quote to show the docking station, not a bare chassis. Ask the S55 Pro quote to show that water is still a person, because the dock only charges. Ask a Phantas quote to show that no workstation is being assumed. Ask a Kärcher KIRA B 50 quote whether the full dock is on the order. The autonomous rate is 2,365 m²/h theoretical, tanks 55 L / 55 L, about 3.5 h, noise 69 dB(A), pass 900–1,000 mm. Ask a Pudu CC1 Pro quote the same question. The water dock is optional, the all-covered rate is 700–1,000 m²/h, tanks are 15 L / 15 L, runtime is 5 h scrub, noise is under 70 dB, pass is 700 mm.
Tennant T16AMR at 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual, 190 L / 225 L tanks, pass 1.45 m and 71 dB(A) is a different quote, with no water dock. Avidbots Neo 2W at 3,941 m²/h theoretical, 109 L / 135 L, 75 dB(A) and a turn of about 3.05 m is a different quote. The Home Base charges. It is not a water docking station. Pudu BG1 at about 344 kg and 2,000 m²/h covered is a different quote. LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro at 800–1,200 m²/h practical needs a pass the sheet does not publish, so the quote cannot claim the corridor. Nilfisk Liberty SC50 is the quote that names CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336. Brain Corp BrainOS is a line on the Tennant quote, not a robot you buy instead.
A web shop total is a listing. It leaves out the dock, the maps, the freight and the elevator module. A listing for a Tennant X6 ROVR or Gausium Scrubber 75 is not a comparable quote without full scope and productivity figures.
IEC 63327, IEC 60335-2-72 and IEC 60529 are standards, not a discount. A wet floor stays a slip risk (HSE slips). The EU duty is the OSH Framework Directive. The route stays off an accessible path (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim. The C5 manual does not name a robotic certificate. A quote cannot add one.
Who teaches the empty floor. Whether elevator integration is in scope. The C5 words are “capable of integration”, which means it is not in scope until someone prices the module. Maintenance is the weekly check plus the consumable hours in that manual.
Because a copied listing would be the wrong number. The useful page is the list of lines.
No. They are 45 L and 45 L. The docking station is what makes that enough between visits.
Tank size alone does not determine the price. The specs that belong on the quote are pass 650 mm, 350–700 m²/h practical, 4.5 h scrub and no workstation on the specs page.
Only if every floor is the same surface and the elevator module is priced. Otherwise it is one map per floor.
Not from us. Ask the supplier for their own worked example and keep it labelled as theirs.
