Commercial Building Cleaning Robots Compared, Model by Model (2026)

These are models commonly considered for commercial buildings. Our pick, where the floor can keep a docking station, is the CleaniBot C5. The short-corridor CleaniBot is the S55 Pro. The full side-by-side is the comparison. Scores stay on the scored page. A profile is the limit, not a second ranking.

Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.

CleaniBot C5

Key specs. 550 mm path, pass 800 mm, turn 1,720 mm, 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical, 45 L / 45 L tanks, 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A), climb ≤2%, 215 kg.

Why it is in a building shortlist. The docking station charges, refills, drains and self-cleans the sewage tank. On a hard plate that can keep that station, the tank is a between-dock figure.

Where it falls short. It does not replace a 190 L ride-on. The manual names no robotic certificate. Detergent is neutral or alkaline only.

CleaniBot S55 Pro

Key specs. 520 mm scrub path, pass 700 mm, about 1,197 m²/h, 22 L / 15 L tanks, 4.5 h, 65 dB scrub, 70 kg. Short pile under 5.5 mm.

Why it is here. A 700 mm corridor and a short carpet are normal in an office floor. The dock only charges, so the crew still handles water.

Where it falls short. It is not the unattended plate. Confirm the mop-mode noise figure against the current manual before quoting it.

Gausium Phantas

Key specs. Pass 650 mm, practical 350–700 m²/h, 11.5 L / 10.5 L tanks, 4.5 h scrub, quiet mode ≤60 dB.

Why it is here. Narrow and quiet is the gallery and the side corridor.

Where it falls short. The workstation is not on the specs page. The theoretical scrub rate is 1,188 m²/h. Plan on the practical band.

Pudu CC1 Pro and Kärcher KIRA B 50

The CC1 Pro passes 700 mm, covers 700–1,000 m²/h, holds 15 L / 15 L and runs 5 h scrub, with noise under 70 dB. The water dock is optional. The KIRA B 50 is 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous, 55 L / 55 L, about 3.5 h, pass 900–1,000 mm, 69 dB(A). Its full docking station is optional. If the option is not on the order, the crew still handles water.

Tennant T16AMR and Avidbots Neo 2W

The T16AMR is Brain Corp BrainOS, 910 mm path, pass 1.45 m, 190 L / 225 L, 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual, 71 dB(A), no water dock. The spec row names UL/CSA 60335-2-72 and CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336. The Neo 2W is 790 mm, 3,941 m²/h theoretical, 109 L / 135 L, 4–6 h, turn about 3.05 m, 75 dB(A). The Home Base charges. It is not a water docking station. Both are the wide-aisle machines. A building corridor is the wrong room. Gausium Scrubber 75 is another large-floor model. No comparable Scrubber 75 productivity rate is included.

Our pick for this comparison

C5 when the docking station fits. S55 Pro when the opening is 700 mm or the pile is short. Phantas when the buyer accepts a specs page with no workstation. The other options are: LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro at 800–1,200 m²/h practical with no published pass, Nilfisk Liberty SC50 when the paperwork must name CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336, Pudu BG1 at about 344 kg only where that weight is already normal.

How to choose

Match the heading to a measured opening, not to a brochure rate. A 5,890 m²/h line that says theoretical manual is not an autonomous building rate.

What is different about maintenance

The C5 weekly check remains after the station self-cleans. Side brush, roller, squeegee and filter hours stay in the C5 manual. They are not a Phantas interval and not a KIRA interval.

Price stays off this page

No price, no lease price and no payback.

Safety on a shared route

IEC 63327 and IEC 60335-2-72 are the machine standards. IEC 60529 is the IP code. Wet floors stay a slip risk (HSE slips). The EU employer duty is the OSH Framework Directive. Keep the route off an accessible path (Access Board, chapter 4) and clear of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim.

Deployment is per floor

One map per floor until an elevator project is signed. The C5 line is “capable of integration”. That is not a toggle.

Frequently asked questions

Which profile is the building default?

C5 for a hard plate with a docking station. S55 Pro for the narrow or carpeted floor. Phantas for a quiet 650 mm pass without a published workstation.

Why is the T16AMR in the table if the pass is 1.45 m?

Because it is a common wide-aisle alternative. The profile says it does not fit the corridor. The rate is theoretical manual.

Does the Phantas specs page list a docking station?

No. Do not add one.

Where does LionsBot sit?

R3 Scrub Pro, 800–1,200 m²/h practical, pass not published. It is a compact machine, not this plate.

Is there a price?

Not on this page.
