Do not pick a warehouse robot from a shop price or from a payback month a blog calculated for a different building. Our pick, when the quote includes a docking station and the ramp is within 2%, is the CleaniBot C5. Ask for the machine, the dock, the map and any ramp exclusion as separate lines. This page has no price, no lease price and no payback.
Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.
A single number cannot cover a 215 kg machine, a docking station and a route that may fail at 2%. Split the quote before you compare it. The aisle match is the comparison. The pass/fail checks are the checklist.
| Line the quote should price | Tie it to this published figure | Why the line moves | What not to paste | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5 | 550 mm path, 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical | The rate is theoretical | A euro card | ≤2%, 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A) |
| C5 docking station | 45 L / 45 L tanks, pass 800 mm | Refill and drain are why the tank is 45 L | A photo of a dock | 215 kg |
| Kärcher KIRA B 50 | max 6%, 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous | The climb is the reason to switch | An assumed full dock | 55 L / 55 L, about 3.5 h, 69 dB(A) |
| Tennant T16AMR | 190 L / 225 L, pass 1.45 m | The tank is the reason | 5,890 m²/h with the word manual deleted | No water dock. 71 dB(A). 4 h |
| Avidbots Neo 2W | 109 L / 135 L, grade 3% | Turn about 3.05 m | A water dock the Home Base is not | 3,941 m²/h theoretical, 75 dB(A) |
| Maps and the forklift window | One map, one stopped hour | A mezzanine is another map | A free second building | Grade verified before the map is taught |
| Model | Path | Grade | Tanks | Rate, with the label | Runtime |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5 | 550 mm path, pass 800 mm | ≤2% | 45 L / 45 L tanks | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical | 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A) |
| Kärcher KIRA B 50 | 550 mm path, pass 900 mm | max 6% | 55 L / 55 L tanks | 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous | 3.5 h scrub, 69 dB(A) |
| Avidbots Neo 2W | 790 mm path | 3% | 109 L / 135 L tanks | 3,941 m²/h theoretical | 4–6 h, 75 dB(A) |
| Tennant T16AMR | 910 mm path, pass 1.45 m | not published | 190 L / 225 L tanks | 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual | 4 h scrub, 71 dB(A) |
| ICE RS26 | 660 mm path | 0% autonomous | 110 L / 110 L tanks | 2,687 m²/h autonomous | 4 h, 68 dB(A) |
| Pudu BG1 | path 85 cm | not published | 75 L / 60 L tanks | 2,000 m²/h covered max | max 7.5 h |
Ask the C5 quote to show the docking station, not a bare chassis, and to exclude any ramp over 2%. Ask the KIRA quote whether the full dock is on the order. The autonomous rate does not include the dock. Ask the T16AMR quote to keep “theoretical manual” on the 5,890 m²/h line and to price water handling, because no water dock is published. Ask the Neo quote to call the Home Base a charger. Brain Corp is a line on the Tennant and ICE quotes, not a robot you buy instead. LionsBot cannot be quoted as fitting an aisle until a pass is published. Nilfisk is the quote that names CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336. Gausium Scrubber 75 and KIRA B 200 are not included because comparable productivity rates are unavailable.
Pudu CC1 Pro at 15 L / 15 L and Gausium Phantas at 11.5 L / 10.5 L are compact quotes. A warehouse aisle quote that substitutes them without saying so is a different machine. The S55 Pro, 22 L / 15 L and a charge-only dock, is the same kind of swap.
A web shop total leaves out the dock, the map and the ramp. A published payback month is that author’s arithmetic for a site this page has not seen. Do not copy it.
IEC 63327, IEC 60335-2-72 and IEC 60529 are standards, not a discount. A wet floor stays a slip risk (HSE slips). The EU duty is the OSH Framework Directive. The route stays off an accessible path (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim. The C5 manual does not name a robotic certificate. A quote cannot add one.
Who teaches the empty aisle. Whether a mezzanine map is in scope. Maintenance is the weekly check plus the consumable hours in that manual, not a shared interval.
Because a copied listing would be the wrong number. The useful page is the list of lines.
No. They are 45 L and 45 L. The docking station is what makes that enough between visits.
The climb specification alone does not determine the price. The specs that belong on the quote are max 6%, 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous, 55 L / 55 L and an optional dock.
Only if every ramp passes the grade and each level is a map. Otherwise it is one map per level.
Not from us. If a supplier offers a worked example, keep it labelled as theirs.
