Commercial Warehouse Cleaning Robots Compared, Model by Model (2026)

Our pick, where a docking station fits and the ramp is within 2%, is the CleaniBot C5. The profile that publishes the higher climb is the Kärcher KIRA B 50, max 6%. Scores stay on the scored page. The side-by-side is the comparison.

Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.

CleaniBot C5

Key specs. 550 mm path, pass 800 mm, turn 1,720 mm, 215 kg, ≤2%, 45 L / 45 L tanks, 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical, 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A).

Why it is on a warehouse list. The docking station charges, refills, drains and self-cleans. On a flat aisle that can keep that station, the tank is a between-dock figure.

Where it falls short. A ramp over 2% fails it. It does not replace a 190 L ride-on. The manual names no robotic certificate.

Kärcher KIRA B 50

Key specs. 550 mm path, pass 900–1,000 mm, max 6%, 55 L / 55 L, 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous, about 3.5 h, 69 dB(A), empty weight 228 kg.

Why it is here. The climb is the published number the C5 does not match.

Where it falls short. The full docking station is optional. If it is not on the order, the crew still handles water.

Avidbots Neo 2W and Tennant T16AMR

The Neo 2W is 790 mm, 3,941 m²/h theoretical, 109 L / 135 L, 4–6 h, grade 3%, turn about 3.05 m, 688 kg, 75 dB(A). The Home Base charges. It is not a water docking station. The T16AMR is Brain Corp BrainOS, 910 mm, pass 1.45 m, U-turn 3.43 m, 190 L / 225 L, 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual, 71 dB(A), 635 kg with the lithium pack or 785 kg with the 360 Ah pack. Its grade is not published. No water dock is published. The spec row names UL/CSA 60335-2-72 and CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336.

ICE, Pudu BG1 and the machines that are not this aisle

ICE RS26 is 2,687 m²/h autonomous, 110 L / 110 L, and the autonomous grade is 0%. Pudu BG1 covers up to 2,000 m²/h, holds 75 L / 60 L, and weighs about 344 kg. Gausium Scrubber 50 Pro passes 800 mm and states grade as 4.6°, with noise not on the spec page. Do not convert that degree figure into a percent here. LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro’s practical rate is 800–1,200 m²/h. Nilfisk Liberty SC50 is 1,895 m²/h theoretical autonomous, grade 2%, aisle turn 1,592 mm manual. The S55 Pro, with a 700 mm pass and 22 L / 15 L tanks, is a compact CleaniBot rather than a fit for this warehouse comparison. No Scrubber 75 or KIRA B 200 productivity rate is included.

Our pick

C5 when the docking station and the 2% limit both fit. KIRA B 50 when the ramp is the constraint and the dock option is purchased. Neo 2W or T16AMR when the aisle is a ride-on. A 5.20 for the T16AMR is not a claim that 45 L out-scrubs 190 L.

How to choose

Read the grade unit. Percent and degrees are not the same row.

What is maintenance on these profiles

C5 weekly check remains after the station self-cleans. C5 consumable hours do not apply to a KIRA or a T16AMR. The warehouse-specific notes are the maintenance page.

Price stays off this page

No price, no lease price and no payback.

Safety on the aisle

IEC 63327, IEC 60335-2-72 and IEC 60529 are the standards named here. Wet concrete is still a slip risk (HSE slips). The EU duty is the OSH Framework Directive. Keep the route off an accessible path (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim.

Deployment

One map for the aisle. A second level is a second map. Teach it empty of forklifts.

Frequently asked questions

Which profile is the default warehouse robot?

There isn’t one default. C5 for a docked aisle within 2%. KIRA B 50 for a higher published climb. T16AMR for the 190 L tank, with the manual rate label kept.

Why is the T16AMR grade not published?

The manufacturer does not publish a grade, so none is given.

Does the Neo 2W dock fill the tank?

No. The Home Base charges.

Is the BG1 a 6,000 m²/h machine?

The covered maximum to cite is 2,000 m²/h. The spot figure is not full coverage.

Is there a price?

Not on this page.
