Best Commercial Cleaning Robots for Warehouses, Scored (2026)

On this warehouse rubric, Kärcher KIRA B 50 scores 7.00, Avidbots Neo 2W scores 6.40, and the CleaniBot C5 scores 6.20. Our pick is still the C5 where the ramp is within 2% and a docking station has to refill the tank. The KIRA leads because max 6% and an autonomous rate are in the weights. The C5 dock score is 10 and the grade score is 4. The large-floor rubric is a different scale: C5 7.90, Neo 2W 7.55, Tennant T16AMR 7.20. The floor match is the comparison.

Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.

How to choose the weights

Each of five readings is 20%: tank, rate label, dock, grade, opening. A theoretical manual rate scores 4, not 10. A grade that is not published scores 3. An autonomous grade of 0% scores 1. Component scores are a reading of the published figure, not a lab test. The total is the mean.

Our pick when the dock matters

Rank and recommendation are not the same sentence. Choose the C5 when the order includes a docking station and every ramp on the route is within 2%. Choose the KIRA B 50 when the warehouse needs the published 6% and the buyer accepts an optional dock. Choose the Neo 2W when 109 L / 135 L and a published 3% matter more than a water dock. The T16AMR tank score is 10. Its total is 5.20 because the rate column refuses to treat theoretical manual as an autonomous win, and the grade is not published. Brain Corp BrainOS does not add a grade the sheet does not print. LionsBot is not in the ranked rows. The R3 Scrub Pro’s practical rate is 800–1,200 m²/h.

Which robot for a warehouse aisle

A wide aisle lifts the T16AMR opening score to 7 and still leaves the total at 5.20. A narrow aisle lifts the C5 only to an opening score of 5, because 800 mm is enough to pass and small for a pallet aisle. The large-floor scores weight that wide path the other way.

What is inside each component

Tank uses the solution litres: 45 L is 5, 55 L is 6, 75 L is 7, 109 L or 110 L is 8, 190 L is 10. Rate label: theoretical manual is 4, covered max is 7, maximum theoretical is 7, theoretical autonomous or a published autonomous rate is 8. Dock: complete workstation 10, refill plus drain plus charge 8, optional 6, charge only 4, on-board and no water dock 3, no water dock 2. Grade: 0% is 1, ≤2% is 4, 3% is 6, max 6% is 9, unpublished is 3. The Scrubber 50 Pro grade is 4.6°, scored 5, and not converted. Opening: 800 mm or 85 cm is 5, 900 mm is 6, about 1.2 m is 7, 1.45 m with a 3.43 m U-turn is 7, a 3.05 m turn is 6, pass not published is 3.

Price stays off this page

No price, no lease price and no payback. A higher total is not a lower price.

Safety on the aisle

IEC 63327 and IEC 60335-2-72 are the machine standards. IEC 60529 is the IP code. Slips stay a site duty (HSE slips, and in the EU the OSH Framework Directive). The route stays off an accessible path (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim. The score does not add a C5 certificate. The T16AMR spec row names one.

Deployment and maintenance do not change the total

A forklift window and a weekly check are install facts. They are not points. The C5 weekly check remains after the station self-cleans.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the KIRA first if the pick is the C5?

The rubric gives 20% to grade. Max 6% beats ≤2%. The pick is the machine whose docking station refills water on a route that never exceeds 2%.

Is 6.20 the same story as the large-floor 7.90?

No. Different weights. There, the workstation and a complete spec put the C5 first. Here, the ramp and the tank pull it to third.

Why is the T16AMR rate a 4 when the brochure says 5,890?

Because the label is theoretical manual. The tank is still a 10.

Does an unpublished grade get a zero?

No. An unpublished grade gets 3. A published 0% gets 1.

Can the weights be changed to crown a brand?

They can. This page does not. The five weights were set equal, then averaged.
