Our pick for a closed dining room is the CleaniBot C5 when the aisle passes 800 mm, the turn is 1,720 mm, the ramp stays within 2%, and a docking station can refill and drain between meals. A 700 mm seating aisle is the CleaniBot S55 Pro or the Pudu CC1 Pro. A dining-room ramp up to 6% is the Kärcher KIRA B 50. These are not the large-floor score, the corridor score, or the warehouse score.
Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.
Match the gap between meals, the aisle, and the detergent before the brochure rate. The kitchen, the servery, and the dish room stay with staff. A food-court hard floor is the same limit as a shopping mall. A warehouse ramp is a different page. An office corridor is the commercial buildings page.
| Model | Opening | Tanks | Time on the floor | Noise | Rate, with the label |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5 | 550 mm path, pass 800 mm, turn 1,720 mm, 215 kg | 45 L / 45 L tanks | 3 h scrub | ≤70 dB(A) | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical |
| CleaniBot S55 Pro | 520 mm path, pass 700 mm, 70 kg | 22 L / 15 L tanks | 4.5 h | 65 dB scrub | 1,197 m²/h scrub |
| Pudu CC1 Pro | 500 mm with the side brush, pass 700 mm | 15 L / 15 L tanks | 5 h scrub | <70 dB | 700 m²/h to 1,000 m²/h all-covered |
| Gausium Phantas | 330 mm scrub path, pass 650 mm | 11.5 L / 10.5 L tanks | 4.5 h | ≤60 dB | 1,188 m²/h theoretical scrub |
| Kärcher KIRA B 50 | 550 mm path, pass 900 mm to 1,000 mm, 228 kg empty | 55 L / 55 L tanks | 3.5 h | 69 dB(A) | 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous |
| Nilfisk Liberty SC50 | 510 mm path, aisle turn 1,592 mm manual | 57 L / 53 L tanks | up to 6 h | 63 dB(A) | 1,895 m²/h theoretical autonomous |
| Tennant T7AMR | 650 mm path, aisle 1,219 mm | 110 L / 110 L tanks | 4 h | 70 dB | 4,250 m²/h theoretical manual |
Use the C5 when the docking station can charge, refill, drain, and self-clean the sewage tank, and every ramp on that route is within 2%. The 45 L tank is not a 90 L tank. The ≤70 dB(A) figure is a reason to run after the room has emptied, not a claim that the machine is silent at a seated lunch. The manual allows neutral or alkaline detergent only. Strong acid is prohibited. The manual does not name a food-safety certificate.
Pass 800 mm and turn 1,720 mm. Climb ≤2%. Vacuum 18.18 kPa. The side path is 840 mm. IPX3 is not a hose-down rating for a dish room.
Use it when the ramp is why the C5 fails. Max 6% and about 3.5 h. The full docking station is optional. Pass 900 mm to 1,000 mm is wider than a tight chair row.
Pass 700 mm, 15 L / 15 L tanks, 5 h scrub, and an optional water docking station. The 1,500 m²/h to 3,000 m²/h spot figure is not full coverage. Use 700 m²/h to 1,000 m²/h.
Stop at the first check that fails: aisle, turn, meal gap versus 3 h, a docking station with water, detergent, then ramp. Profiles are on the model page. Zones are on the zone page.
A theoretical rate is not a lunch-hour measurement. The C5 line is maximum theoretical. The KIRA line is theoretical autonomous. The CC1 line to use is all-covered, not the spot rate. Gausium Scrubber 50 Pro is 460 mm, 1,987 m²/h theoretical, and 500 m²/h to 1,300 m²/h practical, with the grade given as 4.6°, not a percent. Noise is not on that spec page. Phantas practical coverage is 350 m²/h to 700 m²/h. Its docking station is not on the specs page, so the corridor score of 7.90 is not a canteen pick. That 7.90 is the building rubric. The large-floor 7.90 is a different scale. The warehouse rubric puts KIRA at 7.00 and the C5 at 6.20 because of the 6% climb. This page does not add a fourth score.
Pudu BG1 is a large hall: path 85 cm, covered max 2,000 m²/h, not the 6,000 m²/h spot figure, tanks 75 L / 60 L, max 7.5 h, about 344 kg, noise under 70 dB. LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro is the compact check: body 570 mm, 800 m²/h to 1,200 m²/h practical, up to 3 h, 21 L / 24 L tanks, 71 dB. Pass is not published. Tennant T7AMR is the wide factory-canteen aisle: 650 mm, aisle navigation 1,219 mm, 110 L / 110 L tanks, 4 h, 70 dB, 4,250 m²/h theoretical manual, off-board charge, no water docking station. Brain Corp BrainOS on that machine still needs the route driven once. A Tennant T16AMR pass of 1,450 mm and tanks of 190 L / 225 L belong on the warehouse page. No KIRA B 200 or Scrubber 75 productivity rate is included.
No price, no lease price, and no payback. Dealer listing prices are not treated as manufacturer quotes. Lines a quote should split are on the quote page.
IEC 63327 and IEC 60335-2-72 cover this machine class. IEC 60529 is the IP code. A wet tile is a slip risk (HSE slips). Catering floors are still a cleaning workplace (HSE cleaning). In the EU the employer duty is the OSH Framework Directive. Keep the robot off an accessible route (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 on the C5 is the radio claim. CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336 is named on the Liberty SC50 fact sheet and on the T16AMR spec row. The C5 manual does not name that certificate. No named food-safety certificate is added here.
Map the dining room while it is empty. Put the docking station outside the kitchen and off the queue. The order of work is the deployment page. The general scrubber steps stay on the implementation guide.
The C5 station self-cleans the sewage tank. The weekly check remains. Side brush 3 months or 400 h, roller 4 months or 500 h, squeegee 4 months or 500 h, HEPA 2 months or 300 h. Those intervals are the C5 manual. Grease on a dining-room squeegee is on the maintenance page.
C5 if the room is closed, the pass is 800 mm, the turn is 1,720 mm, and a docking station refills. S55 Pro or CC1 Pro if the aisle is 700 mm. KIRA B 50 if a ramp is why the C5 fails.
No. That score is the building rubric. Phantas is ≤60 dB and pass 650 mm. Its docking station is not on the specs page. A canteen that must refill between lunch and dinner still starts with the C5 when the aisle fits.
No. Staff keep the kitchen, the servery, the dish room, and the drains. The C5 manual prohibits strong acid. Neutral or alkaline only.
Tennant T7AMR is the wide aisle with no water dock. Gausium Phantas is the quiet compact row, and Scrubber 50 Pro is the 4.6° row. LionsBot R3 is the compact practical rate, and pass is not published. Nilfisk is the named-certificate check, and no water dock is published. Brain Corp is the system on the Tennant machine.
Not on this page. No lease figure either.
