Our pick for a flat aisle that passes 800 mm, after the forklifts stop, is the CleaniBot C5, if a docking station sits off the lane. Our pick for a ramp up to 6% is not the C5. Kärcher publishes max 6% on the KIRA B 50. A dock leveler, a chemical spill and the inside of a rack the robot cannot enter stay with staff. The machine list is the comparison.
Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. Figures are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not lab-test the other machines.
Split the building into aisle, ramp, charge point and the places a robot does not go. One catalogue row cannot cover all four.
| Zone | When | Robot | What you may cite | Falls short |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flat aisle, pass 800 mm | Forklifts stopped | CleaniBot C5 | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical, ≤2% | 45 L / 45 L tanks, 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A) |
| Ramp between 2% and 6% | Same stopped window | Kärcher KIRA B 50 | max 6%, 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous | Dock is optional. 55 L / 55 L. 69 dB(A). About 3.5 h |
| Wide ride-on aisle | Empty, turn fits | Tennant T16AMR or Avidbots Neo 2W | 190 L / 225 L, or 109 L / 135 L | T16AMR rate is 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual. Neo grade is 3%, turn about 3.05 m, 75 dB(A) |
| Charge point | Off the lane | The dock that matches the robot | C5 docking station refills and drains | A Home Base only charges |
| Mezzanine | Its own map | Whichever machine passes that ramp | Grade first | A ground-floor map does not include it |
| Dock leveler, spill, tight rack | Never the robot | Staff | No rate | Unknown liquid, or an opening under the pass |
| Model | Path | Grade | Tanks | Rate, with the label | Runtime |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5 | 550 mm path, pass 800 mm | ≤2% | 45 L / 45 L tanks | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical | 3 h scrub, ≤70 dB(A) |
| Kärcher KIRA B 50 | 550 mm path, pass 900 mm | max 6% | 55 L / 55 L tanks | 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous | 3.5 h scrub, 69 dB(A) |
| Avidbots Neo 2W | 790 mm path | 3% | 109 L / 135 L tanks | 3,941 m²/h theoretical | 4–6 h, 75 dB(A) |
| Tennant T16AMR | 910 mm path, pass 1.45 m | not published | 190 L / 225 L tanks | 5,890 m²/h theoretical manual | 4 h scrub, 71 dB(A) |
| ICE RS26 | 660 mm path | 0% autonomous | 110 L / 110 L tanks | 2,687 m²/h autonomous | 4 h, 68 dB(A) |
| Pudu BG1 | path 85 cm | not published | 75 L / 60 L tanks | 2,000 m²/h covered max | max 7.5 h |
The C5 is the flat aisle, not the dock ramp. At 215 kg it stays on the floor it was mapped for. The KIRA B 50 is the ramp machine only if the full dock is on the order. Otherwise the crew still handles 55 L. The Neo 2W is the wide aisle that can live with 3% and a charge-only Home Base. The T16AMR is the wide aisle that needs 190 L / 225 L. Brain Corp BrainOS does not turn it into a ramp robot. The grade is not published. ICE stays off the ramp because the autonomous grade is 0%. Pudu BG1 at about 344 kg is a covered-rate machine, 2,000 m²/h, not a leveler machine. Gausium Phantas, pass 650 mm and 350–700 m²/h practical, is a gallery robot. It is not this aisle. LionsBot’s pass is not published. Nilfisk’s 2% grade matches the C5 limit and does not add a water dock.
After the shift, or in a written gap between forklift waves. Not beside a live truck at the door. Not on a wet spill of unknown chemistry. The C5 manual allows neutral or alkaline detergent, not a strong acid.
An office lobby and a 500,000 m² terminal are other pages. A comparison that says 100,000 square feet is not a specification. Use the measured aisle.
No price, no lease price and no payback.
A wet dock is a slip risk (HSE slips). IEC 63327 and IEC 60335-2-72 cover the machine class. IEC 60529 is the IP code. The EU employer duty is the OSH Framework Directive. Keep the robot off an accessible route (Access Board, chapter 4) and out of an exit (NFPA 101). 47 CFR Part 15 is the C5 radio claim.
One map per level. The charge point is a virtual wall the forklift route does not cross. The weekly check remains after the C5 station self-cleans. Do not copy C5 consumable hours onto the zone that uses a KIRA.
Only if that ramp is within 2%. Many levelers are steeper. Measure it.
The wide aisle that already takes a 1.45 m pass and a 3.43 m U-turn, with forklifts stopped. Not the ramp, until a grade is on the sheet.
That is a sweeper task. Pudu MT1 Vac, max 1,400 m²/h, is not a scrubber and is not the aisle scrubber on this page.
Only with a second map and a ramp the machine’s grade allows.
No.
