Our pick for the quote is a line-by-line sheet, not a single monthly number. Ask for the CleaniBot C5 when the dining room passes 800 mm and the docking station refills. Ask for a different model when that check fails. This page states no price, no lease price, and no payback.
Disclosure. OrionStar publishes this page and sells CleaniBot. The figures a quote should repeat are manufacturer-published or from the product manual, accessed 5 November 2026. We did not collect dealer prices.
The machine is chosen on the comparison. The quote then has to repeat the limit that made the choice. A dealer’s euro figure is not treated as a comparable quote here.
| Quote line | Figure the sheet should repeat | C5 | S55 Pro | CC1 Pro | If the figure is not published |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Opening | Pass and turn | pass 800 mm, turn 1,720 mm, 215 kg | pass 700 mm, 70 kg | pass 700 mm | Do not accept “fits a canteen” |
| Tanks | Clean and recovery | 45 L / 45 L tanks | 22 L / 15 L tanks | 15 L / 15 L tanks | Do not add the two tanks into one number |
| Time | Scrub hours | 3 h scrub | 4.5 h | 5 h scrub | Compare with the meal gap, not with a shift slogan |
| Noise | Published decibels | ≤70 dB(A) | 65 dB scrub | <70 dB | A seated lunch is not the test |
| Rate | Label included | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical | 1,197 m²/h scrub | 700 m²/h to 1,000 m²/h all-covered | Reject a spot rate sold as coverage |
| Docking station | What it does | charge, refill, drain, sewage self-clean | charge only | optional water dock | A missing dock is a staff task, not a discount |
| Model | Path | Tanks | Scrub time | Noise | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleaniBot C5 | 550 mm path, pass 800 mm | 45 L / 45 L tanks | 3 h scrub | ≤70 dB(A) | 1,980 m²/h maximum theoretical |
| CleaniBot S55 Pro | 520 mm path, pass 700 mm | 22 L / 15 L tanks | 4.5 h | 65 dB scrub | 1,197 m²/h scrub |
| Pudu CC1 Pro | 500 mm path, pass 700 mm | 15 L / 15 L tanks | 5 h scrub | <70 dB | 700 m²/h to 1,000 m²/h all-covered |
| Gausium Phantas | 330 mm path, pass 650 mm | 11.5 L / 10.5 L tanks | 4.5 h | ≤60 dB | 1,188 m²/h theoretical scrub |
| Kärcher KIRA B 50 | 550 mm path, pass 1,000 mm | 55 L / 55 L tanks | 3.5 h | 69 dB(A) | 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous |
| Nilfisk Liberty SC50 | 510 mm path | 57 L / 53 L tanks | 6 h | 63 dB(A) | 1,895 m²/h theoretical autonomous |
Demand the docking station scope in writing. A C5 without water and a drain is not the machine this comparison recommends. Demand the detergent clause: neutral or alkaline, strong acid prohibited. Demand a statement that the kitchen and servery stay with staff.
Path 550 mm, side 840 mm, climb ≤2%, vacuum 18.18 kPa, IPX3. Consumables from the manual: side brush 400 h, roller 500 h, squeegee 500 h, HEPA 300 h. Map name: city, customer, floor. Elevator integration is “capable”; the module is its own line.
Ask only if a ramp is max 6%. Repeat pass 900 mm to 1,000 mm, empty 228 kg, 55 L / 55 L tanks, 3.5 h, 69 dB(A), 2,365 m²/h theoretical autonomous, and whether the docking station is the optional full station or charge only. No KIRA B 200 productivity rate is included.
Challenge a quote that mixes the CC1 spot band of 1,500 m²/h to 3,000 m²/h into an all-covered promise. Challenge a Phantas quote that adds a docking station the specs page does not list: pass 650 mm, ≤60 dB, 330 mm scrub, 11.5 L / 10.5 L tanks, 4.5 h, 1,188 m²/h theoretical scrub, practical 350 m²/h to 700 m²/h. Challenge a grade written as a percent when the sheet says 4.6° or 6° or 5°. Gausium Scrubber 50 Pro is 460 mm, 30 L / 24 L tanks, 3 h, pass 800 mm, 1,987 m²/h theoretical, 500 m²/h to 1,300 m²/h practical, noise not published.
No shop price, lease price, payback month, RaaS bundle, Scrubber 75 productivity rate or X6 ROVR price is included. Pudu BG1, if the hall is large: path 85 cm, about 344 kg, covered max 2,000 m²/h, not 6,000 m²/h spot, tanks 75 L / 60 L, max 7.5 h. LionsBot R3: body 570 mm, 800 m²/h to 1,200 m²/h practical, 21 L / 24 L tanks, up to 3 h, 71 dB, pass not published. Nilfisk Liberty SC50: 510 mm, up to 6 h, 57 L / 53 L tanks, 63 dB(A), 1,895 m²/h theoretical autonomous, autonomous grade 2%, aisle turn 1,592 mm manual, no water dock published, CSA/ANSI C22.2 No. 336 named on the fact sheet. Tennant T7AMR: 650 mm, 1,219 mm aisle navigation, 110 L / 110 L tanks, 4 h, 70 dB, 4,250 m²/h theoretical manual, off-board charge, Brain Corp BrainOS. Tennant T16AMR at 1,450 mm pass and 190 L / 225 L tanks is a warehouse quote, not a chair-row quote.
A dealer listing is not a comparable manufacturer quote. Ask the vendor you are buying from for a line-by-line price.
Who owns slip risk on wet tile after the pass (HSE slips). Who keeps the catering floor plan (HSE cleaning). Which standard the machine claims: IEC 63327, IEC 60335-2-72, IEC 60529. Employer duty: OSH Framework Directive. Accessible route: Access Board, chapter 4. Exit: NFPA 101. Radio: 47 CFR Part 15. The C5 manual does not name a robotic certificate and does not name a food-safety certificate. Do not let a quote add one.
Map while the room is empty. Docking station outside the kitchen. One map per floor. Those steps are the deployment page. Training hours and the map fee are quote lines with no number filled in here.
Ask for the consumable interval from that model’s manual. C5 is 400 h, 500 h, and 300 h as above. Do not let a quote paste C5 hours onto a Kärcher, a Pudu, a Gausium, a LionsBot, a Nilfisk, or a Tennant. The weekly check remains. See the maintenance page.
The zone, the pass in millimetres, the docking station scope, and the detergent limit. Price comes after those four are written.
A payback calculation needs a wage, a shift and a measured area from the actual site. Without those inputs, a payback month would create false precision.
No. They are two tanks. The quote should keep them split. The same rule is 22 L / 15 L on the S55 Pro and 15 L / 15 L on the CC1 Pro.
The remaining profiles cover Tennant, Kärcher, Gausium, Pudu, LionsBot, Nilfisk and Brain Corp. Profiles are on the model page. Zones are on the zone page.
Only if the vendor attaches a document the manual does not currently name. The vendor must provide that document.
