We’re pleased to announce that our parent company, Cheetah Mobile Inc. (NYSE: CMCM), has acquired a controlling stake in UFACTORY, a global leader in lightweight collaborative robotic arms.

This marks a significant step forward in expanding our AI robotics ecosystem.

UFACTORY is a high-tech company founded in 2013, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of lightweight collaborative robots. Under the "UFACTORY xArm" brand, its product portfolio includes 5-, 6-, and 7-axis collaborative robotic arms, along with core component modules — forming a mature, developer-friendly ecosystem adaptable to a wide range of industries.
